As a technology-first company, we’re currently looking for a Data Analyst with strong forecasting and machine learning expertise to join our team.

The Role:

As a Data Analyst at FTS, you will report to the Head of Data Management, working closely with business and technical teams to provide data-driven insights and predictive models. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Python, AWS, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Build and maintain forecasting and predictive models using Python and machine learning techniques.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Develop and optimize ETL processes using AWS Glue, S3, and Redshift.
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Continuously research emerging data science trends and apply them to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, or machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Experience working with AWS services (Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of forecasting techniques and time-series analysis.
  • Experience in business analysis—translating data into business insights.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
